Providing day-to-day support for Safeguard inventory transactions and is the primary point of contact for all sourced inventory related matters.2. Expediting and handling incoming invoices and inquiries from Standard Program vendors.AccountabilitiesAbility to create and maintain warehoused inventory through SAP and communicate any discrepancies and/or issues to supervisor/lead/distributors/Finance.Have product and process knowledge about individual standard program and the warehoused inventory program.Develop processes, procedures, measures and reporting as appropriate for inventory transactions.Provide support role in BAM integration initiatives.Work closely with Finance and Product Manager on inventory transactions for proper maintenance of warehoused inventory.Receives inbound calls, email or chat from customers/partners regarding questions and/or issues with products and services i.e websites, e-mail,Provide strong customer centric focus with the ability to understand and prioritze customer needsSupport and maintainan above average service level requirementsAdhere to policies, procedures and escalation paths of Call Center and Deluxe leadershipImplements coaching feedback and takes action to make changes as appropriateAssesses level of issue and responds appropriately..Required:EducationHigh School diploma/Associate Degree plus 1-2 years experience in customer service or technical support call center.Other Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProvide customer support/technical assistance via telephone, email, and/or chatStrong written/verbal communication skillsRequired: Qualifications:Excellent customer service attititude with ability to maintain professional demeanor when dealing with customers at all timesProven working knowledge of internet, e-mail and website technology.Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that requires constant change and adaptability.Team player with the ability to handle change and shifting priorities.Must be flexible to work hours/shifts based on business needs.Excellent communication & interpersonal and problem solving skills with sales ability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good administrative detail and organizational skills.Experience working on a PC with accurate keyboarding skills. Distribution Field Service Engineer / Warranty Administrator


Details: Distribution Field Service Engineer / Warranty AdministratorPOSITION PURPOSE:The DFSE (Distribution Field Service Engineer)/ Warranty Administrator has safety, employee, customer satisfaction, and business/financial responsibilities within branch operations. In addition, the position is responsible for enabling early warning problem detection, investigation, documentation and correction. The DFSE counterpart must understand HHP engine operations to facilitate engine failure investigation and root cause analysis.RESPONSIBILITIES - Distribution Field Service Engineer / Warranty Administrator:SAFETY Know, follow, lead, and enforce all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, and fully participate in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities. BUSINESS / FINANCIAL Enable early warning problem detection, investigation, documentation and correction DFSE counterpart must understand High Horse Power (HHP) engine operations to facilitate engine failure investigation and root cause analysis. DFSE counterpart takes lead role in local technical investigations of early warning problems with the Factory DFSE being the primary point of contact in these type of issues Lead technical advisor for distributor DFSE counterpart takes lead role in local technical investigations after all published technical resources have been exhausted by the local branch Key liaison between distributor/dealer network and factory DFSE Focal point for component/engine field test activity for assigned territory Through these objectives, the DFSE counterpart will help: Reduce repair variability Improve repair quality Close work orders in BMS Create claims in BMS Set up work orders for filing both warranty and policy claims Identify SRT (Standard Repair Time) Set up MPR (Mining Policy Request) [a database within Lotus Notes] Ability to interpret warranty administration manual Identify needed parts for warranty repair Track open warranty claims Verify payment of warranty claims OTHER Maintain company and product confidentiality. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with customers, management, and co workers. Attend and participate in all meetings, trainings, and activities as required. Stay apprised of new techniques relevant to the work being performed; achieve and maintain technical competency. Adhere to all Company policies and departmental procedures and rules. All other duties as required.
