Details: Classification:  Accountant - Senior Compensation:  $54,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year $100m manufacturing company based in Metuchen, NJ needs an experienced Inventory Accountant/Analyst. This position deals with high-volume inventory and will mainly be responsible for the constant tracking of various inventory levels. Monitor all inventory transactions of the entire corporation, improve existing procedures and policies.Inventory Reserve Calculation and monitoring of London gold and platinum fixing. Outside contractors reconciliation. Sales performance analysis.Daily audit of refining activity of precious metals, analysis of gold & platinum consignment and borrowing base reports. Monthly reporting on melting and casting activity. Labor loss calculation by business segments.Preparation of monthly perimeter pool entries, Cost Center analysis and preparation of complete corporate inventory reporting. Pool Activity monitoring. This person will communicate and correspond with customers on refining status as well as communicate and work with external vendors. Salary will be $60-$70k.
