Details: Position Overview: Once a payroll has been processed it is the responsibility of the distribution team to ensure that over 400,000 payroll checks are accurately packaged and picked up by the courier service. The distribution team not only prints payroll checks, they also are responsible for running payroll reports and W-2's. The Part Time Distribution Assistant plays an integral role in making sure we provide exceptional service to our clients by accurately preparing and packaging payroll checks for delivery.Job Duties:Accurately match each order's checks/vouchers, reports and packing instructions.Accurately follow each customer's packing instructions.Assist with special projects as needed.Work overtime as needed, especially during quarter-end and year-end.Work a flexible schedule with hours and availability agreed upon with the Distribution Supervisor.Other duties as assigned.
