Details: Job Summary The Producer Lifecycle Management Business Analyst will work in conjunction with the Producer and Product Development and the Information Technology teams to support the Distributor Lifecycle Management application and the Distributor Management function. The analyst will also help identify opportunities for enhancements and support projects to expand or enhance our processes and tools. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supports the business administration function within the Distributor Management System, including: user provisioning/administration and other Tier 2 support-level tasks. Distribution lifecycle subject matter expert, ensuring redundant expertise exists among members of the Agency Services team Responsible for Distribution Management System data quality: - Establish high-quality standards and metrics - Continuously monitors data integrity and adherence to standards - Identifies gaps and develops remediation plans Responsible for Distribution Management System training support: - Responsible for training Agency Services trainers - As needed provide training on the highly technical topics - Back-up trainer for Chicago-based counterpart (focused on Field users) Leads/Supports change management and communication efforts related to new capabilities being developed or on-going changes to the Distributor Lifecycle Management platform Works with counterpart on the following shared responsibilities, focusing primarily on Agency Services’ needs: - Evolution of Distribution Management System functionality - Changes to the tool and processes - Maintain business rules - Maintenance and support working in conjunction with IT Business Analysts - Infrastructure Ensure project benefits related to Agency Services are realized: - Establishes benefit realization timelines and measurement strategy - Monitors milestones and trend results Supports the Field and Producer organizations by developing reports and analysis based on available data Participates in projects to enhance and expand the Distributor Lifecycle Management system - Partners with Producer and Product Development and Field Organization to identify opportunity areas and implement solutions - Participates in the development of business process flows, requirements, and use case documentation - Assists in the integration of business process and requirements Participates in User Acceptance testing May perform additional duties as assigned. Helpful to have knowledge of Lombardi Process Management (IBM product) to manage workflow and business rules. Helpful to have background experience in SQL, databases, and data modeling and or data analytics. 2. Strong analytical and process management skills 3. Strong leadership and communication skills 4. Knowledge of CNA’s Producer and Sales Management processes is a plus 5. Knowledge of CNA’s Distribution, Sales and Reporting applications is a plus 6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 7. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software systems. Education & Experience1.
