Details: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has a position available at the Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan for a Senior Analyst in workforce optimization. Will be involved with our claims, enrollment and billing operations. Leads the forecasting, scheduling and capacity modeling efforts within the Claims, Enrollment and Billing division. Utilizes workforce management tools (Verint’s Impact 360 WFM, Strategic Planner, etc.), as well as WFM methodologies and best practices to develop sophisticated staffing analyses, simulations and capacity models/recommendations that are used as the basis for executive decision-making and the budget planning process.
