Details: The Distributed Systems Engineer II is responsible for the following: Provide technical solutions and design for various IT infrastructure projects Analysis includes Windows, Solaris, AIX and Linux Operatingystems on Sun, IBM, and Wintel hardware. Should be comfortable and proficient with analyzing virtual and HA environments. Translate requirements into a solution design based on standards; negotiate/escalate non-standard requirements Understand how the solution satisfies the business and datacenter requirements Communicate the design in writing and verbally to a variety of audiences (engineers, business owner, application owner) Assist in deployment when required.
