Regal is flexible in candidates location. We prefer for this individual to reside in the territory.Responsibilities: The position is for a Regional Sales Manager in our HVACR Distribution business. With the combined legacy Regal Beloit HVACR Distribution business and the AO Smith HVACR business approaching $200 m, adding two Regional Managers is an important part of achieving the required level of leadership of our 20 Territory Sales Managers, and focused business development at our customers and prospects. This selling team also serves as a selling resource for a significant portion of our $40 m pumping business and our $40 m CI business. This role is responsible/accountable for this leadership, and for the overall business results of the region.
